Terms & Conditions


Each magazine subscription has specific terms and conditions, check the item details for more information. Unless otherwise stated these are the general terms and conditions for shopping at all Morrison Media webshops:

New subscriptions will commence with the next issue of the magazine, providing your order is received and processed prior to that issue of the magazine going on sale.

All free subscription gifts and draws (unless otherwise stated) are available to Australian residents only and while stocks last. Generally gift style, colour and sizes vary and are limited. Unless otherwise stated, any free gifts are not included with payment plan or the six-month subscription.

Subscription offers expire at the time the next issue of the magazine goes on sale OR at the time stock has run out (whichever comes first).

Easy Payment Plans are available to Australian residents only. If you select this option your card will be debited periodically (check the subscription details for amount and frequency) and will continue unless cancelled by you.

You may cancel a subscription at any time and receive a refund on any unsent issues.

Books, Gifts & Merchandise

If you order an item from a frankie press webshop and it is delivered damaged or defective we will replace it.

Please send a photograph or scan of the damaged item to subs@frankiepress.com.au to arrange this.

We are unable to offer subscriptions and/or standard mail shipping to delivery addresses in South Africa due to the problems with postal deliveries in this country. We apologise for any inconvenience. Single issues or merchandise can be sent via courier shipping only to South Africa.
