Shipping

Unless otherwise stated in a product's description page or terms and conditions, shipping for products purchased on any Morrison Media web shop works in the following way:

Freight costs are calculated, using an Australia Post calculator, based on the weight of the products you're ordering and your location.

Freight is added when you are checking out. Changing the delivery address when checking out will cause the freight price to change.

Subscription prices are inclusive of freight costs, except where a free gift is included, in which case the freight cost is calculated (based on the weight of the gift, and your location) at check-out.

If you order an item from a Morrison Media webshop and it is delivered damaged or defective we will replace it. Please send your details plus a photograph or scan of the damaged item to subs@frankiepress.com.au to arrange this.

We offer the following shipping/freight options, which can be selected when checking out:

  • Regular post or airmail for international orders (default)
  • Registered post or registered airmail for international orders (premium)
